per locust lake community rules, all guests need to complete pre-registration online no later than 48 hours prior to the check-in date in order to access the neighborhood and the home The $35 registration fee is included in the cost of your stay, so you will not need to pay that separately. However, failure to register or registering in person at the office will result in a $250 fee that will be the responsibility of the renter.

quiet hours in the village are from 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced by 24-hour security We have also installed a noise and cigarette smoke detector for additional coverage.
